• Manage the schedule of the Senior management, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documents, including expense reports, receipts, and other financial documentation.
• Coordinate events and meetings, including booking venues, arranging for catering, and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and available.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed by the Senior management.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior management, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment, ensuring that all files, both physical and digital, are properly labeled and easily accessible.
