Management Trainee

iSIXi’s Management Trainee Program is designed to cultivate future leaders by equipping top talent with cross-functional expertise, ethical grounding, and strategic thinking. Trainees will undergo a structured rotational program across three core departments, with final placement based on individual strengths and performance. The program emphasises building a leadership pipeline that aligns with iSIXi’s core values.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for sourcing, mapping, transforming and extracting data from a wide variety of source systems
• Create dataset processes for data modeling, mining, and production.
• Build robust, efficient and reliable data pipelines ; generating new or existing datasets to existing data pipelines
• Create, build, test architectures and processing workflows ; ensure that the architecture meets business requirements.
• Write and maintain documentation on workflows, processes and integrations. Monitor workflows and scripts to make sure data is flowing as expected
• Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality
• Responsible for both the operations and research & insights side to ensure that software is supporting their functions as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with leadership roles (academic, extracurricular, or professional) are encouraged
• Professional proficiency in English. Additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, French) are a plus
• Strong leadership potential and desire to develop a career in management
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Availability to work full-time at our headquarters location
• Basic knowledge of data tools SQL, Python) and/or machine learning fundamentals, or familiarity with business strategy or operations is a plus
• Preferred: Background in competitive athletics (resilience, teamwork)

Electrical and Electronics Engineering

iSIXi is seeking an Embedded Engineer with a background in Computer or Electrical Engineering to support end-to-end development of embedded systems. You will contribute to designing sensor systems, electronic circuits, firmware, and control applications, while ensuring effective hardware-software integration. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about innovation in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in the full product development cycle, from design to manufacture, ensuring robust, scalable embedded systems.
• Research and develop innovative sensor systems, electronic systems (analog and digital), actuators, and robotics
• Design and develop hardware and firmware/software for embedded and physical products
• Perform algorithm design and implementation for embedded systems
• Develop embedded and desktop applications as interfaces to control multiple hardware modules and communication protocols
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in hardware, firmware, or software for embedded systems

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
• Proficient in C/C++ and firmware
• Experienced in Linux/Unix environments
• Knowledgeable in PCB design and CAD tools
• Able to read and create various electrical/electronic diagrams
• Strong foundation in algorithms, logic, and programming
• Skilled in analytical thinking, problem solving, and conceptual design
• Familiar with microcontroller boards, chips, and embedded systems
• Team-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

Associate Data Analyst

Job Description :

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or equivalent disciplines
• Knowledge of database design principles
• Knowledge in ETL/ELT, automated data quality testing, QA and documentation, data warehousing, data modelling, and data wrangling
• Knowledge in reporting technologies (e.g PowerBI, OBIEE) is a plus
• Ability to discover and highlight unique patterns/trends within data to identify and solve complex problems
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written), documentations skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple tasks at one time
• High attention to detail
