The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring that all necessary documents and materials are prepared and available. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Manage the schedule of the Senior management, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documents, including expense reports, receipts, and other financial documentation.
• Coordinate events and meetings, including booking venues, arranging for catering, and ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and available.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials as needed by the Senior management.
• Provide administrative support to the Senior management, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment, ensuring that all files, both physical and digital, are properly labeled and easily accessible.
